A calm to-do list with a real productivity coach who checks in, keeps you honest about your plans, and celebrates when you get things done.

Your coach is a trained human who knows your goals and your week. They check in on weekdays, and on Coach Plus you also meet by video every other week.

That’s the most consistent week you’ve had since we started. How did it feel?
Type or talk. Periods split tasks, an exclamation point marks a priority, and “by tomorrow” becomes a 5:00 pm deadline. No fields to fill in.
Tizzy finds focus time before each deadline, protects your passions, and moves things when the day changes. It always tells you what it moved.
Add the things that keep you you. Tizzy saves them a spot every week and guards it like a meeting.
The only time my brain goes quiet.
Tizzy fits around the tools and calendars you already use, so nothing has to move house.
Work, personal and family calendars show together, and Tizzy plans around them. Coach connects three calendars; Coach Plus connects as many as you like.
Tasks assigned to you elsewhere land in your list. Finish them here and they close there.
One task and a timer. Nothing else on screen.
Dictate a ramble and get tidy tasks back.
Brainstorm on paper, then turn lines into tasks.
Synced the moment anything changes.
A dark mode for late sessions.
Your coach sees only what you share.
I’ve worked from home since 2020. No commute, no coworkers, and nobody to notice when my list got silly or my days blurred together. Eventually it got bad enough that I checked into inpatient mental health care.
I was there for ten days, and it was one of the best things I’ve done. Every day had a shape. People asked how I was doing and waited for the answer, and they cheered for the small stuff. Having people root for me did more than any app ever had.
I came home, kept going to therapy, and wanted that same feeling in my workday. So I built the list, and then we hired the people.

Coaches help you plan and follow through. They aren’t counselors, and Tizzy isn’t treatment.
Plenty of us have ADHD. Tizzy can make a day easier. It won’t rewire a brain.
No sales team chasing companies. You pay for you, and that’s the whole business.
Your coach is a real person, and the notebook runs on simple rules you can read in settings. No chatbots, anywhere.
Real people helping real people with normal problems.
Too much on the list, too little in the day, and nobody noticing. That’s who we built this for.
Tizzy coaches are productivity coaches, not therapists. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a professional. In the US you can call or text 988 any time.
